Can the smoothing treatment be applied on chemically treated hair?

Yes, the Keratin Treatment will not damage the hair and can be applied to all hair types, including virgin, coloured, highlighted or permed.

Can the smoothing treatment be applied on top of permed, relaxed or straightened hair?

Yes, it can be applied to ANY hair over ANY previous chemical treatment.

Is this treatment a permanent straightener?

No, it will gradually fade out over time.

When can I Colour my hair?

It's best to colour your hair prior to the process or 2 weeks afterwards.

How long does the treatment keep the hair straight and treated?

It will last up to 4 months, depending on the hair type. The treatment lasts longest on chemically treated hair like coloured or relaxed. On virgin hair the results will last longer after the second or third application

How long should I wait before washing my hair?

You can shampoo your hair on the same day as the treatment , or whenever you wish.

Can I tie my hair back or wear a ponytail?

Yes.

What should I do if my hair gets wet during the first 2 days?

It doesn't matter.

How long does the process take?

Usually between 2-4 hours depending on hair length & type.

What shampoo must be used before and after the treatment?

Before the treatment, we use a Pre-Treatment cleanser and after the treatment, use sodium chloride - free shampoo & conditioner. 

When should I have my smoothing treatment?
